⚙️ Sustainable Handoff
To ensure long-term usability without additional infrastructure costs, we trained Shanti Cargo Service employees to run a lightweight Python script locally. The script refreshed the dashboard using new trip logs exported from their fleet software. This allowed them to keep the dashboard updated without needing to invest in hosting platforms or cloud tools — making the solution cost-effective and easy to maintain.

To keep costs down, the final Tableau dashboard was delivered in a standalone format, which staff could open and refresh locally. The data source was linked to a CSV file updated by a custom Python script, eliminating the need for cloud infrastructure or ongoing platform fees.
